The top-tier leadership within Rift Labs, responsible for setting the strategic direction and making key decisions for the studio’s operations, creative direction, and growth. These individuals have the highest level of authority and oversight over all studio activities.

Supervisors oversee specific areas within their departments, ensuring that work is completed according to the standards set by managers. They provide guidance and mentorship to staff and act as key points of contact for internal concerns.

Staff members are the core workforce of the studio. They carry out daily tasks and directly contribute to game development, content creation, community management, and operations. Staff report to Supervisors and Managers to align with the studio’s goals.
